Access to and use of the tkt77 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
tkt77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Members who cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements will have their Accounts suspended and any balance reviewed in accordance with Section 12.
Each Member is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the tkt77 Platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through nominees, aliases, or associated devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkt77 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, all balances reviewed, and any winnings generated across those Accounts may be voided.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and your nominated payment account details (bank account number, e-wallet account). tkt77 will not be liable for failed deposits, failed withdrawals, or delayed payments resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkt77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tkt77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify tkt77 support immediately at [email protected].
tkt77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is approved for withdrawals or before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold:
tkt77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a verification request may result in Account suspension.
tkt77 processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. tkt77 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside tkt77's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer limits. Deposits are credited to your tkt77 Wallet once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment network. In most cases, deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are processed in real time or within minutes during WIB banking hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by tkt77's payments team and are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during WIB operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available opportunity. tkt77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All funds deposited to your tkt77 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, business accounts, or payment methods not associated with your verified identity will be rejected and returned to the source account where possible. tkt77 will not process withdrawals to any account other than the payment method on record for your verified Account.
tkt77 offers promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins — to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering (turnover) requirements, qualifying games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window will result in the automatic expiry of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings.
tkt77 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent Account suspension:
tkt77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already qualified and claimed the bonus, tkt77 will honour the bonus subject to the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
All bets placed on tkt77 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each betting market or game type. For sportsbook bets — including bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) lines — the rules governing bet settlement, void conditions, and market suspension are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. For casino games and slot titles, the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are governed by the individual game's published paytable and the rules of the game provider.
A bet is only confirmed once tkt77's system has issued a Bet Confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a Bet Confirmation number — including those that were interrupted by a browser or network error — are not valid wagers and will not be settled. tkt77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where tkt77 reasonably suspects that the wager was placed based on inside information, on an incorrectly priced market, or in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or the continued availability of a market that should have been suspended, tkt77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. tkt77 will not be liable to pay winnings that resulted exclusively from a manifest system error.

tkt77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, if tkt77 reasonably determines that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if suspension is required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tkt77 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an Account is suspended due to suspected breach of these Terms, tkt77 will review the Account's transaction and wagering history before determining whether any balance is returnable to the Member. Funds derived from activity that breached these Terms may be forfeited in full.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tkt77's operating jurisdiction. tkt77 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.
